Donations:
--  May be applied to a specific donation fund type -- please select from the list.
--  May be dedicated in honor of, in memory of, or on behalf of another person or family.  Please select the Dedication type and enter the name and address of the honoree so that we may notify the family.

Account Payments:  
--  May be applied to specific charges -- please check off the charges to be paid.

Convenience Fees: 
TBS is charged fees to process both Credit Card and ACH payments; these fees are included in your account payments as follows:
--  Credit Card:  For account payments via MasterCard or Visa = 2.58%
--  ACH:  For account payments from U.S. banks = 0.79% + $0.15/item
Convenience fees may be tax-deductible (as permitted by law) and will be listed in your year-end tax letter.  

 

WHEN PAYING YOUR ANNUAL BILL, PLEASE CONSIDER ROUNDING UP YOUR PAYMENT TO MAKE A DONATION TO TBS.
To do this:
1.  Highlight the Amount field and type in the new amount including your donation
2.  In the Payment Notes field, write "includes rounding-up donation."
